Messages are sent through our customer relationship platform and may use automated technology.
We send 2 types of messages. Customer care messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment and meeting confirmations, scheduling reminders, follow ups on a request you submitted, account and service notifications, and responses to questions you send us by text. Marketing messages include information about avanmed services, offers and events. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any avanmed product or service, and you can consent to customer care messages without consenting to marketing messages.
