Avanmed, a leading healthcare-focused company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Strategist to join our digital marketing team. As a Google Strategist with 5 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and optimizing our Google ad accounts, ensuring efficient and effective online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be Google certified and possess programming experience to deliver innovative, data-driven strategies aligned with Avanmed’s objectives.

Job Description:

As a Google Strategist at Avanmed, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) to drive targeted traffic and achieve performance goals. You will utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify insights for continuous improvement. In addition, you will conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis, craft compelling ad copy, and design creative visuals to enhance click-through rates and conversion rates while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations. Budget management, conversion optimization, remarketing, audience targeting, and landing page optimization are also integral aspects of this role. You will stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to develop strategies that keep Avanmed ahead in the healthcare sector. Your work will include preparing regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and achieve performance goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify relevant, high-impact keywords and continually refine the keyword list based on performance data.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and design creative visuals to enhance click-through rates and conversion rates while adhering to healthcare industry regulations.
  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Implement conversion tracking and set up goals to measure and optimize campaign performance, focusing on driving conversions and lead generation.
  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques, including remarketing and audience segmentation, to re-engage potential customers and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better user experience, increased conversions, and reduced bounce rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to develop strategies that keep Avanmed ahead in the healthcare sector.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Google Ads certification and advanced knowledge of Google Ads best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in campaign execution.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to facilitate data automation and analysis (preferred).
