Job Description:

The Sr. Digital Designer is responsible for partnering across different types of design projects and execution of comprehensive brand design and graphic design projects across clients and avanmed brand portfolios. The Digital Designer will report to the Brand Design Manager and collaborate with Ecosystem cross-functional team-mates (Supply Chain, Insights, Marketing, etc.). Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to learn and start applying design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution. Create high quality brand design solutions by directly executing design assets and leveraging internal/external design resources. The Designer must be able to sketch and articulate his/her creative thinking.

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Design websites in the healthcare, medical and aesthetic fields
  • Create social media content
  • Crete MP4 visualizations for TV displays
  • Design email camping banners and layout
  • Create ads for social media, banners, stories, instant experiences
  • Study campaign and audience requirements and determine design requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on campaign requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and account managers to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand


  • Proven graphic designing experience (plus)
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English 
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
