Job Description:

  • Month-end-reporting 
    • Create Business Review reports
      • Download Monthly Data from Facebook, Google, and Master Lead files and Create Reports on Data Studio.
      • Audit Reports to ensure reporting quality.
    • Send Individual emails to customers with the PDF Report and recap of the month.
    • Set up Business Review conference meeting per customer requests
    • At times assist in Business Review meetings


  • Weekly Dashboard Report – Send the PDF internal report weekly, except when month-end activities occur. 


  • Onboarding
    • Customer Access: Send emails to customers requesting access to backend platforms. Lead and manage the access requests from customers (Quarterback this gathering process)  
    • Set up Customer in Call Rail
    • Set up Customer Google Ad Account
    • Set up Customer Facebook Ad Account 
    • Set up Customer IO (Email Notification) and do the Zappier Integration
    • Install: Call Rail snippet, Facebook Snippet, and Google Analytics on landing pages
    • Set-pp Conversion Tracking on Google Analytics and Facebook
  • Daily Maintenance of new leads into Excel Master Lead file.
  • Manage customers’ requests inquiry and reroute them to the rest of the team
  • Constantly continue to optimize the current reporting process to improve reporting capabilities and automate when possible.

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Answers inquiries from the general public regarding road and traffic conditions in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable
  • Logs all incidents promptly, clearly and accurately so that any entry can be used in minor or major investigations
  • Keeps a log of all calls
  • Identifies operational problems and promptly notifies the road crew


  • 2+ years experience in account management or a related field
  • Bachelors degree
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • This role is based out of our Antigua office. We do not have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer hybrid or remote-only roles.
  • You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English.
