Job Description:

As part of the Account Management Team, you will manage and grow avanmed’s client portfolio and do so with an expert project and time management acumen. You’ll be technical in nature, proficient in advertising and supporting the sales cycle, project management, and performance marketing KPIs.  Adapt into new growth strategies and services to fulfill client and avanmed needs.

Job Role/ Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, goals, and challenges
  • Oversee performance and optimizations for avanmed services
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly client account management and marketing across all channels
  • Preparation of key data points for client meetings and in support of media advertising  & strategic recommendations; fielding client questions as required throughout the sales cycle
  • Build campaign objectives and have a creative production processes
  • Partner with avanmed ad managers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to manage campaign development performance.  Identify & close incremental revenue opportunities and ensure client success
  • Lead brand measurement initiatives from setup to results presentation
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including new patient leads, revenue growth, and customer retention
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business with Sales, Advertising, Marketing experience.
  • A min of 3+ years experience in sales, management, digital media, implementation planning, and/or buying with strong US-based healthcare industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the industry.
  • You have the ability to translate client requests to make recommendations that meet their objectives.
  • You can craft impactful sales rationale stories by using data and research.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team-focused organization
  • You have excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPoint and have experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems.
  • English highly proficient 90% or higher, Spanish Plus.
